You can choose from our 12 Month Health and Wellbeing Coaching program or you may wish to condense it into 6 months or 12 weeks depending on your goals. Whichever way you choose, our Health and Wellbeing Coaching is designed to motivate you and give you the ongoing tools to achieve the results you want in your life. Whether it is for health, wellbeing, confidence or weight loss, Health & Wellbeing coach, Hilary Kingston, will be there to support you. Includes 1 x 45 minute sessions and 11 x 30 minute sessions.
