As the founder of Think Nutrition, and a former director at the Institute for Optimum Nutrition, Hilary Kingston, has been one of the busiest Nutritionists in the UK for over 20 years. As a Nutritionist in London, Hilary helped over 8,000 people to achieve their goals of increasing energy, feeling lighter, brighter and experiencing better concentration and higher levels of focus. Her mission today is still as it has always been, to help those who really want to change their life for the better. Hilary pioneered Nutrition in London’s corporates back in 1999 and brought Nutrition Consultations to thousands of people in their workplace in Canary Wharf and London’s blue chip companies including HSBC, Citibank, Barclays, JP Morgan, PWC, Morgan Stanley, Freshfields, BBC, BUPA, Rolls Royce, Sony to name but a few. Hilary also set up an elite health and wellbeing service and her clients included celebrities, Premier League footballers and athletes.

Hilary is an advocate of a holistic approach and became a Reiki Master and Teacher over 15 years ago to help her clients with stress related symptoms. She teaches Reiki to help people to manage stress, feel more positive, calmer, happier and look forward with their life. She is also a Transformational Life Coach, helping people to re-create their lives filling them with more happiness, fulfilment, health and wellbeing. She also calls on her skills in Holistic Counselling and Personal Training.
